Schedule a 30-minute conversation with an advisor.

Pick a time that works. We'll have a focused 30-minute conversation about your situation, what you're trying to accomplish, and whether our work is a fit. No sales pitch, no commitment to anything beyond the call itself.

The first conversation, briefly.

What we'll cover in 30 minutes:

  1. Your current situation — what’s prompting the conversation, what you’ve tried, what’s working
  2. The scope of where you’d like help — categories, urgency, internal capacity
  3. How our methodology would apply to your environment
  4. Whether the engagement makes sense for your situation
  5. If there’s fit, the rough engagement scope and pricing range

What we won't do:

  1. Pitch a specific service before understanding your situation
  2. Ask for documents or data before the call
  3. Require any commitment to follow-up

After the call:

  1. If there’s fit, we send a written engagement scope and fixed pricing within a few business days
  2. If there’s not fit — for example, you’re smaller than our typical engagement, or your situation requires different expertise — we’ll tell you honestly and refer to a more appropriate provider when we can

That works too

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any cost for the initial call?

No. Initial calls are no-cost and no-commitment. We use them to understand your situation, answer your questions, and determine whether our work is a fit.

No required preparation. If you have specifics — rough annual revenue, a description of your technology environment, the categories you suspect are problematic, or specific catalysts (upcoming contract renewal, recent merger, board mandate) — those are helpful but not required. We'll work through them in conversation.

No. We don't run sales sequences. If we determine during the call that there's a potential engagement, we send a written scope with fixed pricing. You decide whether to proceed. We don't keep following up to wear you down.

Yes. Many initial calls include 2–3 stakeholders from finance, IT, and operations. The scheduling form captures who's joining; you can include their information in the booking notes or just bring them.

That's a common starting point. Many initial calls begin with "we're not sure if you can help, but…" — and we work through it in conversation. If your situation isn't a fit for our work, we'll tell you honestly and try to refer you to a more appropriate provider.

Only with your permission. By default, calls aren't recorded. If a recording would be useful for your internal sharing with colleagues, we can record with your explicit consent before the call.
